Back Pain Dillema

Months ago I was suffered from back pain. I had to visit a doctor to give the right prescription for me. I thought, the back paid I had that time is because of UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) luckily I was negative. The doctor, who assisted me, had a conclusion of muscle related problem resulted to back pain. He gave me medicines to ease my back pain and even told me about back braces. He also advised me to take regular exercise and do some stretching after an hour of doing online stuff. Well, to make the story short, after taking medicines for less than a week my back pain flies away. I hope I will not encounter this health problem once again because it’s really hard and I can’t do my regular routine.

  1. I am sorry to hear about your back pain. Any kind of unusual pain or feeling in the body sure is something that hinders us from our everyday routines! Wishing you good health!

  2. I hope you’re feeling much better now. My sister suffers from back problems as well and it’s really a cause of discomfort for her especially during her monthly period. She’s steering clear of Dolfenal since it aggravates the pain instead of relieving it.

  3. Back pains sucks big time. Really uncomfortable and you just can’t do anything to ease yourself. Have you ever tried going to alternative solutions like pressure points massage? I’m pregnant so I can’t take any medication, and pressure point massages is my solution for my head aches. It works 🙂
