Last week I didn’t participate in ABC-Wednesday I’d been questing for my Q entry but haven’t got one. But I guess “questing” counts, heheh. Anyway, next to Q is the letter R (do I need to say it, lol). So for my R entry is the Red Rose that Kyla gave to me last Mother’s Day. It was taken in my mother’s front yard. See the photos below.

I’m still in bed when Kyla came handing one red rose. When she’s in front of me she whispered happy mother’s day mama, I love you. What will be your reaction with all those words coming from three years old? I was surprised and really happy. I asked her where she got it and she said that Nanay (my mother) was the one who took it in the front yard. This is a simple thought but its really big one for me. I love you too Kyla. Though I’m not the good mother at all times and sometimes you received some spank from me. I know for sure that time will come that you will understand why. My love for you is always here, teary-eyed now so have to stop this. Hoping your sweetness will never end and you will grow with that attitude.
This post is also for my mother. Without you I am nothing. Thanks for your unconditional love. Kyla and I love you so much.
(Too bad I can’t upload photos of my mother and the rose it’s always gives me an error message. Maybe because of the weather now, it’s been raining since I woke up this morning and until now that it’s almost midnight.) Anyway, I will try to add some photos next time. Again, Happy Mother’s Day to all the mommies out there this is our day…and thanks for your warm greetings.

Hope you can see the spark of yellow here, its really tiny 🙂

We are in the letter P already in ABC-Wednesday I’m thinking what to post till I saw our pictures in Plantation Bay. Last February we visited Cebu City and one of the places we visited was Plantation Bay. The place is really pretty with huge swimming pool it’s really a good place to have relaxation.
Plantation Bay has 11.4 hectares of secluded grounds yet only 30 minutes from Cebu City, Plantation Bay offers one of the largest privately-owned waterways in the world, with the clean elegance of colonial-plantation architecture.
Opened in late 1996, Plantation Bay has already had over a million visitors from every corner of the globe. Virtually all of them agree that this is one of the best resorts they’ve ever been to. Experienced travelers in particular will feel right at home at Plantation Bay. English is spoken throughout the resort; we also haveJapanese,Korean, MandarinandSpanish-speaking staff members. More info here– http://plantationbay.com/
Grilled foods are common in Puerto Galera. And one of them is Pork kebab. This one is sale for P100 or not more than $3. This pork kebab is good for one person but if you’re not a heavy eater you can share it with your companion.
Its ABC-Wednesday once again and we are in the letter N. So my entry would be my Niece who will be celebrating her 13th birthday this coming 24 of April. Her real name is Fatima Gabrielle but we call her NINA. Advance happy birthday Nina, treat treat hehe!

Who wants ice cream? Summer is here now in the Philippines and one of the refreshing foods I want in this time is eating ice cream. Yesterday, after we attended the Sunday mass in the mall Kyla and I had a little strolled in the mall. And before going home I bought Selecta Ice Cream with four flavors. In the house we started to enjoy it, I’m glad I’m able to picture it before it becomes empty. And by the way the container of this 4 in 1 ice cream is red so i think it’s acceptable for my Ruby Tuesday.

Last February we had our short vacation in Cebu-Bohol. One of the places we visited was Plantation Bay in Cebu. Here are some photos of Kyla … in the photos my little Kyla is having a leisurely walk in the place.
In the last photo maybe she was tired already so she decided to stop for a while and just have fun in the sand. I’m linking this post in Pink Fridays, join us every Friday.
Its Wednesday once again, I was checking when was the last time I updated this blog. So it’s been 4 days that I’m not posting anything here, this blog is not neglected, lol … So sorry that I haven’t posted much here because I was busy with offline commitments. Anyway, I have to post for ABC-Wednesday I want to finish what I had started. So now we are in the letter M already …time flies hmmm. So for my letter M I will not go further. The owner and responsible of this blog is MONA, yours truly. I can’t find good photo of me, lol so I decided to have this photo. The photo was taken last December it’s me with my daughter. Kyla’s second name is MARIE so it’s counted also with the letter M.
I’m linking this post in ABC-Wednesday and Ruby Tuesday. Have a good day!
Early this morning Kyla attended her first workshop in Jollibee SM Lucena. There are 20 Jollibee Kids Club members who attended the said event. This workshop will last for 5 days. For this day is getting to know each other. Kyla is not active when unfamiliar faces are around her. I’m glad that she participated; she is the first to introduce herself because she is the youngest in the group. I thought she will not say anything but I heard her saying in the microphone “Ako po si Kyla” (I am Kyla). After getting to know each other they watched a short video of the history of Jollibee.
Then games followed, one of the games is they are divided into 3 groups. Each of the kid will be given 4 straws and they will put them one by one in the jollibee glass and vice versa then they will pass the straw to the other members. Though they are not the winning group I’m glad Kyla participated again… yehey!
Third part is eating time. Hamburger and softdrink are given in each kid. While eating Jollibee surprised the kids. So the kids started to go and hug the bee mascot. Picture picture … then Jollibee had dance presentation of the Jollibee dance. Every kid is looking at Jollibee while performing.
After the dance presentation picture picture again with Jollibee and that’s the end of the first day of workshop. Second day would be on Wednesday I asked Kyla if she wanted to participate again and she said yes. I’m proud of you Kyla I thought we will be leaving the event shortly but you made it till the end. 🙂
