I’m using Samsung Galaxy Y, where Y means “Young” for a week. I purchased this mobile phone using my credit card. Samsung Galaxy Y is the first Android Phone of Samsung that has the lowest price ever. For less than 6T or around $150 you can avail this phone.
At first it is difficult for me to use it because I’m not familiar with touchscreen. But after one or two days of using I used to it already. I don’t encounter problem sending messages because it’s not hard to press the letter. Though I’m a little bit slow in typing my message but soon I will be familiarized.
It has Wi-Fi already so connecting online for free is possible. I tried it already the last time I went to SM mall in our place. I already downloaded facebook application, yahoomail and some games using Wi-Fi and thankfully it didn’t put me down because it connects very well.
Having an Android operating system is a plus because you can download application for free. Just be sure you are connected, and then just visit “market” to download numbers of application.
It has built in camera with 2 MegaPixels. I used the camera when my digicam is not available. The clarity of photo is fine and it is easy to use.
Right now, two colors are available, black and pink. The latter color is quite new so I chose it and beside it is girly.
My only dilemma is opening the back cover. The phone for me is too thin which is hard for me to open the back cover. You need to take extra careful in removing it because sometimes it’s hard to open. And be sure your fingers will not scratch on it.
Overall, if I have to rate it I will give it 4 out of 5. I am satisfied with this phone. It’s not expensive but I’m contented with my Samsung Galaxy Y.
