After Kyla and I got addicted to online games like cooking academy and plants vs. zombies, I thought I will never do that again. There are times Kyla still wanted to play Cooking Academybut not often unlike before. She is now addicted on watching Disney Junior. Well, its better coz I know she learns from the different shows there.
Anyway, as for me I thought I already graduated on playing online games and mobile games but I was wrong. I shared to you my Samsung Galaxy Y, I really love it its not expensive mobile phone but already satisfied me. And with regards to mobile games, you can download anytime for free provided you have wifi connection. Ok enough for Samsung … guess what I am addicted playing on my phone. Well, its Angry birds game =). I heard about this game way back but never had the chance to play online. Now, that my new phone has this game I tried to play it. At first I’m clueless on how the game works. But after couple of days (yah couple of days, haha) finally I learned the game. But its really hard sometimes, my SIL said that there is cheat on that game (well I think almost all games have special tricks). But I don’t want to use it just to make the game easy. I want to play without using any trick for me to enjoy.
I’m not sure when my addiction to angry game will last. But I hope I will not play this game online because if I will, for sure this is the only think I can do. Playing on my mobile is enough and should play it during my free time.
According to Wikipedia – Angry Birds is a puzzle video game developed by Finnish computer game developer Rovio Mobile. Inspired primarily by a sketch of stylized wingless birds, the game was first released for Apple’s iOS in December 2009. Since that time, over 12 million copies of the game have been purchased from Apple’s App Store, which has prompted the company to design versions for other touchscreen-based smartphones, such as those using the Android operating system, among others.
In the game, players use a slingshot to launch birds at pigs stationed on or within various structures, with the intent of destroying all the pigs on the playfield. As players advance through the game, new birds appear, some with special abilities that can be activated by the player. Rovio Mobile has supported Angry Birds with numerous free updates that add additional game content, and the company has even released stand-alone holiday and promotional versions of the game.
Angry Birds has been praised for its successful combination of addictive gameplay, comical style, and low price. Its popularity led to versions of Angry Birds being created for personal computers and gaming consoles, a market for merchandise featuring its characters and even long-term plans for a feature film or television series. With a combined 500 million downloads across all platforms and including both regular and special editions, the game has been called “one of the most mainstream games out right now”, “one of the great runaway hits of 2010”, and “the largest mobile app success the world has seen so far”.
