Mango Float

Want some mango float? We made this mango float with the help of my little Kyla. Let me share to you my simple recipe on mango float.

You only need:

  • Graham crackers
  • Condense milk
  • Nestle Cream
  • Mangoes

How to make:

  1. Slice the mangoes thinly.
  2. Mix it with condense milk and nestle cream.
  3. Layer the graham crackers in a rectangular pan or anything available.
  4. Add some of the mixture of mangoes, milk and nestle cream.
  5. Then repeat procedure #3-4 until you no longer have the ingredients.
  6. You can put mangoes on top as decoration or just graham crackers.
  7. Let it chill before serving.

Mellow Yellow Monday #2 Macaroni Salad

My entry for this week Mellow Yellow Monday, we made Macaroni Salad last week I forgot to write about it. It’s good that I open the camera and see what stocked. In the following photos you can see that little Kyla is adding some ingredients to our salad. Anyway, aside from being an entry for MYM I also want to share our simple recipe for this.
Our Macaroni Salad
We used:
  1. Macaroni shells
  2. Ham
  3. Pineapple Chunks
  4. Mayonnaise and cheese
  5. Lettuce and Tomato (optional)
  6. Salt and pepper to taste

How we made it:
  1. Cook macaroni shells in cooking directions.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients.
  3. Put some salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Store in refrigerator and let it cool first before you eat.
